Garden Design & Build

We are passionate about connecting people to their outdoor spaces.

A wooden walkway through to some outdoor seating under a garden structure

We strive to create exquisite gardens that evoke a feeling of calm, joy and wellbeing – for people and the planet.

Your garden is an integral part of your home, and so should be treated with the same care and attention as any other room in your house. That is why it is so important to get the right professional support when it comes to getting the most from your garden.

At Willow Alexander Gardens we understand the art of good design, and the delicate balance between nature and hard form. With every project we help our clients forge a deep connection to their outside space that will enrich their lives for years to come.

We treat each project holistically, taking into account lifestyle requirements and style preferences as much as composition, planting, textures and tones.

Wherever possible we also integrate climate conscious solutions that enhance rather than compromise the overall look and feel of your space – from eco-decking, to living walls and stunning native planting.

Our team of garden designers & project managers will work closely with you at every step, helping you to realise your ideas and turn them into your ideal garden.

So how does this happen?

The garden design process

Step 1

The consultation

One of our garden designers will come to you to discuss your ideas. You’ll have the opportunity to look at our portfolio, and discuss what it is you are looking for.

Step 2

The moodboard

Our designer will send you a mood board of images and sketches based on your discussion. This is so we can check that everything is heading in the right direction.

Step 3

The site survey

One of our design team will call you back to arrange a time to come over and take pictures, measurements and notes relating to your site.

Step 4

The design drafts

We will send you a draft design and cost estimate, which we will ask you to review and comment on with any suggested amendments.

Step 5

Final design & sign-off

Lastly, we’ll send you a detailed cost breakdown and, most importantly, the final design. Once you’ve reviewed and given us the green light, we are ready to get going.

Excellent from start to finish. Communications were great, the quote was fair and they stuck to it, the guys who did the work were friendly, totally competent, quick but not rushed - and the quality of the work was perfect. It was a small job but a bit awkward and they nailed it. Thank you!!

Brilliant gardeners . Have some lovely comments from friends . We would struggle to keep the garden looking this good without them . They made a huge difference in a relatively short time for our wedding anniversary .
