I guess our first blog on our sparkling new website couldn’t be anything other than a series of thank you’s to the people who have got us this far.
The past year has been a massive journey for us not only for expanding our portfolio of services and launching our online store but for the monumental achievement on becoming Certified carbon neutral.
Back in 2019 we set out to become more climate aware and to be more responsible with our impact on the world around us. Little did we know that 2 years later we would be getting our certifications for Carbon Neutrality with recognition from the United Nations no less.
We are passionate about our craft and making a difference in horticulture by being as climate conscious as possible while still being able to deliver the highest standard of care to our clients.
Without a doubt we couldn’t have done any of this without the unrivalled support from our team. We want to use this blog to thank the people that got us here and continue to be a source of inspiration to us every day.
Firstly, we want to thank our Sustainability Director Maddy, without you, none of this would have been possible, you have been a joy to work alongside and look forward to all the future plans we have set out together.
We also want to thank Ana for her artistic vision, Andrew for his commercial expertise across the brand and Carla for her vision in commercial driven marketing, we wouldn’t have been able to execute our dream with such precision without you all and we are extremely proud to have you as part of the clan.
And lastly (but by no means least) we would like to thank the entire garden care and design team, you guys have worked tirelessly alongside us to help keep the engine cranking at full speed even when it felt like the odds were against us.
And before we go with wanted to give one last extra special thank you to two of our garden care team members, Kieran & Matthew.
You both have shown such dedication and commitment to us with late nights and early morning and have gone way beyond just your roles in order to help us get to where we wanted to be. We are eternally grateful for your loyalty and are very proud of you both for how far you have come.
There is also a whole village of people we could continue to thank but we would be here all day so to everyone else who has been involved in making our dream come to life, thank you for your time and effort, we have felt extremely fortunate.
