We accept cash, contactless payment, bank transfers, PayPal and standing orders.
Our accounts department will invoice you with instructions & our terms and conditions. We strongly advise all our customers to join our standing order programme as we offer additional discounts and special offers.
Well, that depends on the size of the garden and which maintenance package you chose.

Yes, you call the shots, we have some customers who only require their lawns to be done and tidy up the edges while others want us to do everything else but the lawn.
Before your programme starts, one of our team will make a garden visit to discuss with you how you want your regular maintenance to work.
We will keep in regular contact with you and our team of garden maintenance operatives are fully briefed before every visit.
We always suggest that your garden schedule is kept the same throughout the year as different times require different approaches to how your garden is cared for.
We especially advise larger garden and estates that they do not drop-down during winter as this is the time the maintenance team can work on a project in your garden for the year to come.
We do offer a stand-alone package but the minimum hours may be higher the following spring to catch up on all of the work missed throughout the winter.
A prudent gardener knows that the hard work in winter is paid by next summers reward!
Our garden maintenance operatives are fully trained and know what needs to be done from spring through to winter.

Many customers give us the keys to access the garden. These are kept in a safe in the office and are only brought out on the day of your garden maintenance service.
What happens if you miss a scheduled visit due to weather or unforeseen circumstance, do I still have to pay?
If you have signed up to the standing order programme and our team cannot get to you then the allotted time will either be revised or added to the next available slot. Our terms and conditions come with our price list which should answer all your questions.
Yes, we have full public liability insurance for up to £5 million.
Though we will do our best to make all our customers happy the maintenance programme is solely focused on horticultural based services. If you require specific work to be done in your garden, then this can be added to your schedule as a standalone project (fees apply).
If there are a few things that need to be done, then our Garden Restoration service might be what you are looking for.
We recommend that all customers looking to commit to a regular maintenance programme should invest in this option first.
It will get your garden (and everything in it) brought right up to code so your maintenance can be kept at the highest standard possible from the very beginning.

I would like to add some new plants to the garden, but I have a disability and can’t do it myself, can you plant them for me?
If you are a regular maintenance customer, then we will endeavour to help where we can (though this does not fall under our regular maintenance programme).
However, we do offer a separate planting service.
We can help you pick the plant, we will source them for you, collect them and bring them to your house ready to plant in your garden.
One of the team can offer you expert help and advice on plant choices, colour scheme and offer some tips on seasonal planting so you have interest all year round.

My garden is a mess and has been left for too long, but I can’t really afford for it to be totally redesigned, are there any other options?
Yes, our garden restoration service is perfect for this. The service is a deep clean of your outside space and looks to revitalise what once was without it being redesigned. Think of it as a mini facelift.
